Pepper was started in 2005 by Dennis Ramdeen. After working for global brands like Heineken, Coca-Cola, Panadol, KFC and Pizza Hut, as well as leading local brands like Carib and Stag, Dennis went on to lead the largest agency in Trinidad and Tobago, McCann Erickson, before venturing out on his own.
Pepper serves a broad range of client areas including food and beverage, entertainment, financial services, retail, hardware, automobile, pharmaceutical and education. A team of 25 supports its clients’ brands.
Pepper’s mission is to build strong differentiated brands, so as to create growth for our clients and lasting relationships for the agency.
Pepper was accredited with The Advertising Agencies Association of T&T (AAATT) in early 2009, and in early 2010, we launched our digital arm, Pepper-e. In 2012, we relaunched our experiential offerings under the Pepper Events brand.
In 2012, Pepper Advertising was honoured with a Gold Award at the 2009-2011 AAATT Creative Excellence Awards in the Digital Marketing category.
