Commercial Finance Manager

Responsibilities: Provide business partnership to Marketing team from analysis perspective o Lead gate process for all chocolate innovation and maintenance projects, including new brand launch/ new product launch / line extension initiatives / cost optimization etc, with profit and loss projection, Cash-flow, DCF valuation, ROI/Payback, Break-even analysis etc, and tie back the financial assumptions into the company budgeting/forecasting processes, as well as to review actual performance vs. plan and gate review, and propose for recommendation from financial perspective Drive healthy and sustainable SBU/brand P&L with in-depth analysis through o Pricing / VCM / gross margin analysis o ROI/payback analysis and post tracking on key activities, such as bonus pack, promotion uplift, media uplift etc Investment model/ competitor benchmark etc. DME (marketing expense) management o Work with marketing team on the planning and actual spending track for direct marketing expense o Validate and help identify the opportunity to optimize DME investment Requirements: • University graduate major in accounting, finance or business management • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience, coupled with commercial planning analysis is preferred. • She/He must have strong business acumen and financial modelling skills. • The incumbent must be a team player with good communication skill in both English and Chinese
