Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead cost team to establish and implement effective and efficient standard cost management system, assists and collaborates on inventory improvement; 2. Manage the annual budgeting and forecast process, activities across all functions. Ensure accurate and timely completion of the budget as well as analyses of actual vs budget variance; 3. Proactively monitor and track business performance regarding KPIs on margin and inventory; 4. Participate Lean activities and continue to improve work productivities; 5. Lead the evaluation and follow up the new investment projects, track NPI from finance side; 6. Manage and communicate reports to department headers, generate and highlight vital financial analysis to support business decision making. Qualifications: 1. At least 8+ working experience in manufacturing enterprises with bachelor's Degree in accounting or financial management; 2. Good in english, good skill in excel and power point; 3. Good working attitude, teamwork spirit and communication skills. Notice:This role based in Hangzhou factory.
