Key Responsibilities1.Lead team members to closely cooperate with sales districts team in BNC-China as business partner, including annual budget/quarterly forecast/business outlook for sales districts and account development;2.Build up financial analysis model and provide insight to support decision-making in channel & customer development / business initiatives;3.Prepare monthly variance analysis for sales district expenses spending vs. budget and forecast, ensure appropriate management on budget spending progress and efficiency improvement;4.Lead team members to effective support HQ initiatives implementation in sales districts. Ensure campaign mechanism design of sales districts in line with national sales tactic and efficiency principle. Quantify financial impact and provide ROI analysis/post tracking on key programs;5.Co-work with other teams in finance department, effective support HQ initiatives implementation in sales districts. Quantify financial impact and provide ROI analysis/post tracking on key programs;6.Develop both technical skills and soft skills of team members, identify high-potential talents, inspire team members with high team-work spirit.Educational & Qualification Requirement1.Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics;2.8 years or above working experience in finance or accounting, with at least 4 years in financial/business planning and analysis. 2-year people management related experience is required.3.Good communication skills and time management skill are required.4.Fluency in English, both written and oral;5.Good command of Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint;6.Be proactive and self-disciplined, work excellent with high efficiency under great pressure.
