Pre-position Training Content 1、Company introductionand organizational structure; 2、Company managementpractices and rules and regulations; 3、Employee Handbook; 4、The positiondescription of this position and the location description of other employees inthis department; 5、Product safetyresponsibility and quality system knowledge; 6、Understand thecompany's financial system and master the company's income cost accountingmethod Purpose of the position 1) Organize and leadthe financial work, establish and improve the company's various financial /management systems 2) Analyze thecompany's financial status and continuously improve its operational processesand systems 3) Management, jobevaluation and training of employees in the department Responsible scope 1) All work within thedepartment 2) Management,training, etc. of department employees 3) Financial review 4) Develop relevantsystems according to the requirements of the quality system and keep updating Work content 1) Consolidation /Reporting Asia、Shanghai Trading finance monthly consolidation report of China P/Lthen Asian P/L、quarterly consolidation presentation to utilize "Asian managementreport"、annual consolidation report of Asian budget、support JJPfor COGNOS input for both budget and actual、quoting pricecalculation for both IC and 3rd 2) monthly andquarterly reports including P/L, B/S, purchasing report etc.annual budget、support ARaccountant for invoicing, accounts receivable and receipt management、support taxaccountant for cash flow management (incl. BD) , and, do payment release etc. 3) support taxaccountant for all tax matters including Export tax return、expense managementof Shanghai Trading、support inventory accountant for analysis database and analysisreports4) support inventoryaccountant to coordinate the conflict in Navision among different departmentsand optimize the process、responsible for annual audit 5) all other dailyissues and requirement from superior 6) liquidation ofShanghai Plant Authority limit: 1) Manage the work andpersonnel of the department 2) Develop relevantsystems according to the requirements of the quality system and keep updating
