Key Responsibilities:·Responsible for financial reporting and planning, financial analysis,resource allocation and compliance for a business unit;·Provides relevant data, financial analysis, and fact-basedrecommendations in a timely manner; ability to anticipate and comfortableworking with fast pace deadlines;·Demonstrates good financial judgment; ability to articulaterecommendations to both business partners and finance leaders based onquantitative financial analysis;·Support collaboration project with Janssen, and responsible the Financeworking group communication;·Proactively identifies and communicates areas for process improvement toincrease the efficiency and effectiveness of the controlling function inproviding value-added support to business partners (i.e., more time spent onanalysis, and less on process oriented operational tasks);·Ability to effectively interpret financial data for non-finance partnersto drive optimal business actions and decisions to achieve financial targets;·Monthly & quarterly reporting analysis of financial results,understanding of developments in business and forecasting risks andopportunities;·Maintain regular interaction with CFO organization and/or AccountingShared Services to ensure monthly closing is well executed (e.g., appropriateaccruals are done);·Appropriately balances corporate and divisional perspectives indeveloping forecasts, and provides transparency into business drivers, risksand opportunities.Qualifications:·5-10 years of experience, at least 3 years in Pharmaceuticals Company -working experience and exposure in supporting a full P&L;·Familiar with US tax/regulation;·Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting;·Demonstrated financial acumen; solid working experience with Excelskills;·Strong IT skills, especially with Excel, PowerPoint, TM1 and Office, SAPor other ERP system;·Experience working in a multi-national and matrix environment is a plus;·Comfortable working at a fast pace with tight deadlines;·A self-starter who fosters critical thinking skills (not just atask-taker); goes the extra mile to interpret data;·Must be a team player; maintain flexibility and highly adaptable in achange management environment;·Must embrace diversity and respect for multi-cultural backgrounds;·Possesses the behavioral attributes of the finance competency model:Adaptable, Resilient, Accurate and Rigorous, Inquisitive and Probing,Courageous, Assertive and Influential.
