Summary:
* To assist the billing team in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer billing, customer receipts, supplier invoices, and payments.
* To actively chase outstanding debt and monitor debt risk.
* To deliver excellent service to internal and external customers and suppliers.
What You'll be Doing Each Day:
Help to manage the Accounts Payable process, including:
* Checking and processing daily invoices
* Ensuring all invoices are turned around before deadline
* Following up the escalation of supplier queries
* Assisting with improved AP process development and implementation
* Assisting team with month end closure
* Supplier statement reconciliation
* Ensuring correct input of new orders in the billing system
Help to manage the Accounts Receivable process, including:
* Oversee and manage billing processes
* Using the AR aging reporting for the assigned customer account portfolio, interface with the customer and sales teams to collect delinquent balances
* Research, document and resolve outstanding issues and balances
* Resolve escalated collection issues
* Routinely communicate via email and telephone with customers and internal associates
* Lead initiatives for process improvement
* Investigate and collaborate with internal associates on root cause analyses
* Cash application support
* Reconcile customer accounts payable ledgers with internal accounts receivable ledgers
* Prepare ad hoc analysis and activities related to accounts receivable collections
* Customer statement reconciliation
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Fluent Mandarin and English in speaking and writing
* Experience in Accounts Payable / Receivable or Finance
* Financial training – Part-qualified or relevant equivalent degree
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a love of building relationships
* Advanced excel skills; Vlookups and pivot tables
