Key responsibilities:
  • Meeting/Conference/Appointment coordination and arrangement with internal and external parties
  • Assist with preparing related materials for meetings/conferences
  • Business trips arrangement, including travel request, flight ticket, hotel accommodation and other urgent case when travelling
  • Car arrangement, restaurant and meeting room reservations
  • Process expenses reimbursement
  • Put monthly staff claim, invoice/fapiao , payment supporting docs in order for monthly accounts closing
  • Documentation filing and safekeeping
  • Marketing events support and coordination
  • Coordination with supports units in HQ as required
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Person Specifications
    • 1-2 years related experience
    • Attention to details and good follow-up and organizational skills
    • Effective in Microsoft office, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Personable, proactive and can work independently
    • Bilingual in Mandarin and English
