FINANCE OPERATION MANAGER-RTR
To provide high quality and stable R2R operation service to CN\HK markets. The main contents include:
• Setup R2R operation strategy and related implement plan
• Develop and manage R2R operation team to achieve the target business goal (SLA & NPS), and ensure 100% control and compliance
• To identify and take the action to avoid the potential risk
• To lead and drive continuous improvement operation excellence
Key customer: MCCL& Market
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Planning & Budget (5%)
2-1 Develops and proposes annual R2R operation budget (operation cost, HC plan) according to the business plan
2-2 Optimizes the approved budget to better achieve the business target
Operation Management (50%)
3-1 Monitors and assures achievement of annual operating budget and key performance metrics.
3-2 Monitors to assure achievement of customer service requirements as defined by both formal Service Level Agreements as well as Customer Satisfaction(Net Promoter Surveys)
3-3 Assures that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements.
