Finance VP

岗位职责: The finance Vice President will work in the Legal Entity Controller (LEC) Team in Beijing/ Shanghai. This individual will be responsible for all finance related matters. The candidate must be very highly motivated and capable of working individually as well as in a team. Job functions / responsibilities: • Familiar with the current local regulatory reporting guidelines issued by the CBRC and PBOC. • Responsible for the legal entity control functions for the entity • Ensure compliance with the Corporate Accounting and Control policies • Ensure timely and accurate local regulatory reporting • Ensure timely and accurate Head office reporting • Ensure branch level finance activities are performed in accordance with global Finance control standards and policies. • Ensure timely completion of annual accounts and audits • Responsible for compliance with Firm's General Ledger Reconciliation and Substantiation (GLRS) policies • Maintain high level of internal control standards • Assist in dealing with other support functions in the location. • Coordinate entity level internal and external audit and onsite inspection. • Keep abreast with the recent regulatory and accounting developments / changes and analyze impact and ensure compliance of these changes • Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and US GAAP • Broad understanding of local regulations pertaining to banking industry • Broad understanding of banking products 任职资格: • Post-qualification accounting experience of 4 to 7 years in a public accounting firm • Experience with a foreign bank or Big 4 audit firm is preferred • Possess strong communication, inter-personal and organizational skills • Project experience • People management experience may be preferred • Good computer skills - strong in MS Excel and MS Word • Analytical mind and a self-starter • Be able to handle complex tasks independently • Team player Education/professional qualification: • Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification eg ACCA Language requirements: • English and Mandarin - Fluent communication (both verbal and written) • Solid knowledge of PRC accounting standards and local banking regulations.
