Key Responsibilities
• Develop Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system for the Company and its subsidiaries, with guidance from senior management
• Provide functional support to corporate departments and coordinate group-wide ERM implementation
• Develop tools and templates to perform risk analysis for investments and projects, drawing reference to shareholding company practices
• Prepare and compile risk, compliance and audit reports for submission to the Management, Board and shareholding companies
• Assist to execute risk-based audits on the Company's business activities, including reviewing the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance to policies/procedures
• Assist to identify audit issues and concerns, and make practical and value-added recommendations on internal controls and business processes to the Management
• Any other duties as may be assigned by head of department
Requirements
• Degree in Finance, Business or other relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in risk management, internal audit and/or consulting role
• Prior work experience in real estate industry would be an advantage
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other software to develop templates/tools for risk analysis and financial modelling
• Good working knowledge of ERM best practices, risk measurement techniques
• Good understanding of internal controls, regulatory compliance and auditing standards
• High level of proficiency in English and Chinese (includes written, spoken and read) is required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical and report-writing skills
