Assistant Financial Manager

Responsibilities:  Be responsible for reception and to provide highly effective administrative service to every Department;  Assisting department manager to accomplish AR, treasurer, fix assets and financial works and department objectives;  Involving and assisting in company yearly financial planning, forecasting and financial objective setting, analyzing the actual financial performance against the company financial goals;  Assisting manager to arrange, track, monitor and report yearly, monthly and daily departmental works and projects, make sure the works and projects are done by the standards and time line;  Working together with accounting supervisor and management accountant to improve the work effectiveness and efficiency;  Assisting in yearly audit process and facilitating the improving on our accounting quality and accounting standard compliance;  Assisting in credit control and receivable management effectiveness, enforcing the policy compliance and balancing the actual situations with the policies;  Assisting in improving of timeliness and accuracy of projects/products cost and continuous building of a sound system of costing within the company;  Assisting in improving effectiveness and efficiency of company performance measuring and scoring, include goals setting, periodic reporting, measuring and analysis, final on time measuring and scoring;  Assisting in management report improving and changing according business changes and needs. Requirements:  University Degree, Major in financial or accounting, at least 5 years relevant experience; good education background and excellent working experience;  Team management experience is a necessary;  CPA or equivalent professional membership is necessary;  Good command of English, both Oral and written;  Good communication skill and strong analysis skill, be passionate for work;  Strong self-motivation, willing to work hard to achieve set goals.
