Internal Auditor Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Contract initiation and bid / tendering process are audited on annual basis. • Contract terms, customer / client service audit be included in unit audit by annual. • Trained IUA should be in place before new site open. • In unit audit on revenue recognition, in unit cash management, one time for every unit at least on yearly basis. • Head office and branch office audit on yearly basis. • Implement audit programmes on purchasing department on yearly basis. • In unit audit check, one time for every unit at least on yearly basis. • AP audit on yearly basis. • CMP, COP audit on yearly basis. • In unit labour cost audit. • In unit assets check on yearly basis. • Petty cash audit. • Accounting team audit on yearly basis. • Information system audit on yearly basis. • Communicate findings and recommendations concisely and clearly too all levels of management, both verbally and in writing. • Work with management to develop appropriate solutions and action plans to address recommendations. QUALIFICATIONS: • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. • Four plus years work experience in finance areas such as accounting, auditing, planning and analysis. • Previous operational experience in manufacturing, inventory, sales and distribution environment of consumer goods (preferred). • Experience of risk assessments and risk management. • Excellent PC Skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Electronic audit work papers, etc.). • Fluency in English speaking and writing. • Ability to work independently, a self-starter, creative thinker with high professional standards and integrity. • Good analytical skills, with strong risk awareness and thorough understanding of processes and controls. • Risk aware and experience in completing risk assessments and developing action plans to mitigate them. • Commercially competent and ambitious. • Good knowledge of internal controls, international accounting (IFRS), and auditing standards. • Ability to quickly grasp an understanding of audit issues and business requirements. • Ability to quickly identify problems / situations which require attention. • Strong communication skills and ability to function effectively in teams, one-on-one situations, and in presentations. • Effective writing, presentation and listening skills. • Effective team player. • Proven experience of leading and managing successful teams. • Good knowledge of Accounting and audit. • Self motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment. • Project / Change management experience. • Experience in the Hospitality industry experience, a plus. • Some operational experience in a customer focused business.
